Festival of Lights

We sure enjoy the annual Festival of Lights each year.

So many pretty light displays! There is also a little train ride throughout the park for the children, a climbing wall, and Santa is there too.

Blazing fires light up the night! and  hot gooey melted marshmallows taste so good!

Every year the area schools design and decorate a "Christmas Card" for the competition here. I LOVE walking along and looking at all of them every year! So much creativity and the kids put alot of work into these.

Then we take our annual ride on the merry-go-round!

Both of our granddaughters took their very first merry-go-round rides on this little carousel in years past!

It's been a wonderful holiday season and we've enjoyed it so much. I'm thankful for those of you who come to read here and all the kind comments you leave and I do so love to read all your blogs as well, so many beautiful pictures and interesting things to learn about so many unique places--love sharing all your adventures.
