Where did I choose to spend Mother's Day? In my favorite garden!
Come in, come in!....to Mrs. Whaley's beautiful garden!
I've been telling her all about Mrs. Whaley and her special
garden.
|
took off my corsage after church, put on a comfortable old shirt, and off came the church shoes, and on went the comfortable sandals! |
I have read these books over and over! |
..............And now it's June! Time just flies by!
What a wonderful garden and a lovely Mother's Day you had.

Debbi, I so enjoyed this post. Your beautiful granddaughter dancing in the garden..oh that squeezed my heart and made me see my own girls when they were that age. So much prettiness in that garden.I think I would love to have a nice quiet hour sitting in the shade writing letters or just listening to birds. Thank you for taking us along. Blessings, xoxo, Susie
ReplyDeleteOh my, I just loved this post, the only thing better is if I were to go with you:) Your favorite spot is beautiful but the pond with the red brick building behind it is also very pretty. Love how you have read the books to your granddaughter and her excitement to experience it. Just the best!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful garden and a wonderful day for you and your granddaughter. I had a big lump in my throat when I saw the Gypsy tag. Take care, Jackie
