There's a house near the Battery that we walk by all the time. They have horses in the windows. I've been by this house a million times and from sidewalk level, I had noticed that they have horses in the bottom windows. How the fact that they have horses in the TOP WINDOWS as well escaped me I don't know....guess I just wasn't paying attention.
So I did notice recently. And that got me to thinking.
These are MY HORSIES....
Aren't they pretty? (blue eyed beauties!)
They are hard shiny white PLASTIC.....
WITH BIG BLUE EYES AND FLUTTERY FLIRTY FALSE EYELASHES. One is blonde, and one is a "blue-net". They have dainty pink and blue hooves.
What do you think people in the historic district would think of my pretty Barbie horsies up in the windows? LOL
I dare ya. :)

ReplyDeleteHi Debbi,
ReplyDeleteThe horses in the windows of that historic home are fun to look at, I just love walking or driving around in neighborhoods and being able to get a peek into their homes, for just a moment. Not a window peeper though. ;)
Your horses would be cute! Maybe your "neigh" bors would like it! lol
Thanks so much for your recent visit to my blog and for letting me know your stopped by.
Have a great week,
Gina
Well your horses are cute for sure. - I think the neighbors would like them. - They have some neat ones in their windows.
ReplyDeleteAnd what is the story of their horse-in-the-windows, I wonder? Has to have a great deal of meaning for them.
ReplyDeleteOf all the gifts my 3 year old granddaughter got for Christmas, it was the My Little Pony with a blue mane that she loved the best.
Like Dewena, I wonder the significance of the horses.
ReplyDeleteI think you should put yours in the window.... I would ;)
