How does your garden grow?

 Snapped quite a few pictures.......for my local readers.......this is surely a fun place to go check out! So many pretty things......my favorites were the huge displays of tinkling fountains! We have two at our house and I love them...they are so relaxing!

This is a big place..........we loved walking all the paths and admiring all the flowers and plants.

This is one of our favorite ways to spend an afternoon. Fun, interesting (we always learn something!), relaxing, so nice to look at all the pretty flowers and just take your time. Anyone else enjoy this?

We are having a heat wave here in Charleston....but strolling among the fountains somehow makes you feel much cooler!

Happened upon this sight on a recent visit to Folly Beach!

Love that Green!

We've been busy painting. We took this old dresser and took her from old brown to emerald green and grey!  I love how it turned out!

We added the little white and gold handles and we took the old round knobs and spray painted them gold!

With the same spray paint, we painted the bottom of these new GREEN GLASS JARS. I was so glad when they put out the green ones this summer,  I love them!

To top it all off, spray painted this cute little elephant!! Doesn't he look "elegant" now? LOL 

Have y'all seen the new 'statement' necklaces they are selling at Wal Mart? They have an awesome selection!! I took the last of my birthday money and GOT ME ONE!

I had it narrowed it down to TWO..............CAN YOU GUESS WHICH ONE I PICKED??

Little Lost Lanes

While out on our evening walk one night this spring, we came across this little lane that we had previously never been on nor noticed. It had so many charming and interesting things to see!
Look at this old abandoned house with it's little Juliet balcony!

 I love stumbling onto unique and forgotten sights such as this!

Across from the old house the owners of this one have renovated and restored and theirs looks like this:

What a unique and amazing little alleyway!

Always something interesting to see in Charleston!
