Hope everyone had a nice Valentines Day!
I was happy to get balloons and flowers, so I took them outside to make pictures
we received a lovely surprise valentine greeting in the mail
there were pretty spring pot holders and dishtowel and hand cream and cologne and pictures and teabags too.
and Amybelle and Tracie and Tansy got valentines of their own! And Candy and tiny stuffed animals
from their best friend/cousin Lily Grace, down in Florida!
Mr Front Porch grilled us salmon for supper, and I made baked "taters" and the chocolate rolls dessert.
Today our walk was rainy.
It was nice though......we didn't need coats, I threw a big old sweater on
Our onions are doing great!
Here I am with my Valentines present! can you tell I love her? LOL
I think she is ADORABLE!!
Callie had to come meet her! Satisfied that it wasn't going to attack her, she left it alone.
I got this pretty ring too, it didn't photograph well, but it's a heart shape. It's tiny, it's my first pinky ring. Never worn one before.
I hope your day was happy and that your weather is showing signs of Spring! I sure am ready for it here!
And for Daylight savings time to return!

Oh, you did have a lovely Valentine's Day! Love the goose!! She's a beauty!! Where will you put her? On the front porch? That emerald ring is gorgeous! And so are the deer...and that sweet little plate with your name on it! Wow! Where did you find that? It's perfect for you! I love your outfit too. That big sweater/jacket with the blue flowers looks warm and cozy. Amybelle and Tracie and Tansey all look so sweet with their Valentines...and the girls have such sweet Valentine's dresses too! Looks like everyone was enjoying the day. Even Callie and Meezie! They are both beautiful kitties. I'm sure Blackie would love them!
ReplyDeleteI love this post...thank you for sharing all your sweet Valentines with us!! I hope today is a beautiful day for you. (((HUGS)))
valentines day!! a day for all people who love, love. it looks like you had a special day...filled with flowers, balloons and your pretty goose. you should put the goose by the front door with a bandanna around her neck, then you can switch the bandanna for each holiday and season!!
ReplyDeleteThe restaurant on my blog, for christmas it looked similar. lot's of reds and greens. i think a lot of the christmas ornaments stayed up and they added the pinks and the hearts. this stays up until 2/23 and then they redo it in all shades of green for St. Patrick's day. i have seen pictures of that is is just gorgeous. maybe then...they decorate for easter.
