I'm participating in
DONNAS PHOTO CHALLENGE
today. This is my first time and it was fun! The theme this time is WORDS AND LETTERS. It was fun searching for that through my photos.
These are all signs located throughout our Lowcountry. I love to see them all because every one of them points us/guides us to wonderful locations!
We love walking along the historic Battery and admiring the elegant homes with the breezy piazzas. Georgetown is also a sweet little city and we love the waterfront walkway there and watching the boats. Coleman Blvd. is growing by leaps and bounds and we love walking there, and so many neat restaurants and cafes and shops! And of course we love the beaches of Isle of Palms and Sullivans' Island.
If you've never been here I hope you can visit one day.
What a fun photo challenge. I would love to visit your area.
ReplyDeleteHope your weekend is nice! Mildred
Street signs are perfect for the challenge, especially when they hold special meaning.
ReplyDeleteThat's such a gorgeous bridge! We love those islands, too! I would love to go back there this Spring! Enjoy your weekend my friend! Hugs!
ReplyDeleteSigns are always full of promise………..whisking us away to new and exciting places, and ones pointing to the beach and coastline are often the most fun! It's been a long time since I was in your area but I recall how lovely the scenery was.
ReplyDeleteGlad you joined the challenge (I thought your 'Carl post' was your entry, as did some others!) but anyway we get to visit twice which is really fun!
Thanks for your comment, which was there - glad you liked my zebra pic - they always make great natural b/w shots!
Happy day - Mary
