Chair

Such pretty clouds that day! So I took to the outside to make pictures of my newest thrift store find!

I just fell in love with her!

Is she RED?.......is she ORANGE? I can't decide, LOL

Callie has to get in all the pictures! LOL

She's in pretty great shape! And I love the colors

I also got this pedestal and I think it's real pretty. It's about 12 inches tall. It just needed a little cleaning. I will maybe sit a candle on it or something. Ideas?

I'm just so thrilled we happened to go thrift shopping that day or our pretty chair wouldn't have got to come home with us, LOL

On a different thrift store day I got these cute chicken salt and pepper shakers:

and these pretty ceramic chickens.........I just love them!

they just FLEW right into our cart, LOL

Our baby Camellia bush has about 10 buds! Hope they bloom soon

We've started watching Christmas movies. This one was good.

And last night, we watched this one:

set in the 1940s era

(above) two of my favorite Christmas season books

I love the pretty pictures inside this one!

I haven't read this one yet, looking forward to it

I try to read this little book every year during the Christmas season

Hope your Christmas season is going great so far and so glad you stopped in to see me!

  1. OH, I LOVE that chair! That was quite a find! It looks red enough to me to be red. The important thing is that you love it, and I would love it too! It's really in great shape! And I love all your other chickens and things you found! What fun you must've had! Is that pedestal for out in the garden/yard? It's very pretty. Callie looks so pretty and healthy! Does he still stay outside? Blackie is trying very hard to become an indoor cat. He runs in the door everytime we go out to feed him. We have to watch him very carefully, or he will be in that door before we can catch him. He's a character for sure. I enjoyed your post and also your comments on my post the other day. Thank you!!! I'm still playing catch up! Love to all.

  2. she looks to be red and she is a beauty. do you know what you will be doing with it. leave it as it is, with a good cleaning or reupholster it and and spiff up the wood. our skies have been amazing, both the clouds and the sunsets!! it looks like the camellia bush is ready to pop!!
