If you enjoy reading----Do you like to read in the Summer? Do you prefer magazines or books?
I do love both....and definetly prefer "real" books and magazines that you can hold in your hand and enjoy, not the online things.
Oh my goodness, Debbi! I have that exact same "The Ten Commandments" plate! It belonged to my husband's grandmother! I don't have any other state plates, but I think I had one for New Hampshire, but not sure if I still have it. I got rid of a few things when we moved here. I prefer REAL books too. I am not an e-book person at all. I check the books out from our public library. They have a pretty good selection. I like magazines, except that they seem to have more ads than real stuff anymore, and that frustrates me. I have stopped subscribing to magazines and only receive a couple right now. I think someone special ordered one for me, and I enjoy it when it comes!! I have been doing some reading this summer since it is too hot to go outside much. And the mosquitoes are too bad in the evening to go out. So I read. I enjoyed seeing your plates and books and magazines. I hope you are having a good week. Love you.
ReplyDeleteI used to get a ton of magazine delivered to my house. Sadly, many have stopped production and I have kind of fallen off the magazine bandwagon after I realized how much I had spend on magazines over the years! lol. I read in the summer. I take Scruffy for his morning walk, grab my coffee and then he and I sit outside and read for at least an hour....well...I read and he snoozes. lol. Love your fun plates and I always enjoy visiting your blog. xo Diana
