of course, my dolls had new Easter frocks to wear! LOL

A great day for being on a bike.........and by the water!

We had ham, deviled eggs, a big bowl of "tater" salad, and coconut cake!

Hope y'all are having a great weekend! It's warm and sunny here, great for being outside.

Oh so many really pretty pictures including yours:) Granddaughters dress was ever so dainty and I would have gobbled up all those deviled eggs.

Wow! so many beautiful places to see and look at and enjoy! Love all the lovely flowers and doors and wreaths and hats and dresses and happy people celebrating spring and Easter! I really love Fairy Granddaughter's dress! I woul wear that one too if I had any place to go! LOL. And I LOVE your hat and gloves and your festive spirit! You are amazing! beautiful photos!!! love the baby clothes (Where do you buy them if I may ask) As I have sarrah bryianna nicole, maddie dianne, and lillie florence I would love to be able to find cute little clothes for them. (they are the my life dollies) I am stopping by from Pamela's place I just love her and lily grace to pieces.

I absolutely love it that you give your grand-doll a new dress for Easter! Oh that Easter hats and white gloves would become popular again, and I can't help wishing for Easter corsages to come back in style. Whenever I hear of friends or family going to visit Charleston I tell them to watch on the street for a woman dressed properly as women used to dress to go downtown, maybe with a pretty shawl on and always with pretty jewelry. And ask if her name is Debbi!

Tonight's Micromoon--we watched it rise over the Battery tonight, it was red and orange

Skywatchers in Central, Mountain and Pacific time zones will get a view of the full moon tonight (Sept. 13) at 11:32 p.m., 10:32 p.m. and 9:32 p.m., respectively, while East Coasters will see the moon at its fullest at 12:32 a.m. on the 14th. Regardless of time zone, the moon will appear just a bit dimmer than usual (eerie!), because it will be at apogee, or its farthest distance from Earth. That means that the moon will appear about 14% smaller and 30% dimmer than when it is at its closest point to Earth, which is known as perigee. (Livescience.com)

LETS END KILLER WHALE CAPTIVITY!!

Please research the captive killer orcas that the SEAWORLD franchise holds captive. It is animal cruelty at it's worst. Those killer whales need to be FREE, NOT HELD CAPTIVE BY us humans and forced to do 'tricks' for our amusement. (and to make SEAWORLD a lot of money. ) Please go watch BLACKFISH when y'all have time okay? also read "Killer at Seaworld". You will learn so much and I doubt if you ever pay entrance fees to enter SEAWORLD or any of it's affiliate parks again.........because you will learn what the money really goes for........PROFIT. Their profit...........the poor whales gain nothing. But life captivity. Sad lonely lives in bathtub size enclosures where they cant even interact with their own pods and offspring normally. Many of them are so sick and die very painful deaths.The 'breeding' program is a joke. They are not even allowed to procreate in a natural and normal manner. The whales that were caught in the wild were taken from their pods and their mothers in a very cruel and inhumane fashion---it is heartbreaking. It's awful sad. Please research and then let me know what you think, okay? Whales are magnificent creatures, I love them. I tell everybody it's okay to love them and to want to go see them......but please go to areas where you can view them in the wild either from the beaches or cliffs or from boats. Not from cement swimming pools where they are mis-treated, gawked at, and forced to 'perform'. God created them and intended for them to exist in the seas! They really need to remain free........................
