(above, inside an ancient old cemetery in Charleston, SC)
(above, I think this greenery topped brick gate was somewhere around Church Street, downtown)
the pastel fence and gate below are in the Old Village area of Mount Pleasant, SC. There are alot of tiny little cottages over there with sweet little gates, gardens, and picket fences.
I'm joining Tex for "Good Fences" party. This is my first time!
Now Im off to look at other fences that y'all have posted! They are some of my most favorite things to photograph!
Your selections for the fence link-up are fantastic. Hope you have a nice Friday.
ReplyDeleteI love this gate and also loved Charleston when we were there in the spring this year.
ReplyDeleteThe the last one is my favorite. It makes me want to open and peek inside :-)

All beautiful! I particularly love the first one!
ReplyDeleteGates are beautiful, aren't they? A few years ago we went to Savannah and I was in awe of the iron work and beautiful gates. I thought it would be so neat to take a bunch of pictures and make a book of them. Lo and behold - it was already out there!! :)
ReplyDeleteGorgeous fences and gates!
ReplyDeleteLove the blue fence. I so want to visit Charleston!
ReplyDeleteThe views just go on and on whether you are headed north to Shenandoah or south to Cherokee.
ReplyDeleteFancy Gap is pretty much smack dab in the middle and are blessed to able to visit here often.
