Street Garden

I love it when we see street gardens. This is a recent one that had gorgeous flowers!

I call them "street gardens" because they literally are usually a very small area right at the curb, where people start small gardens. Many of them are in ground, and many add container gardens, large and small, as well.
Here's another street garden that caught my eye.
This one has a great variety! and lots of color.

  4. We have what I call a Road Bed --because it's right beside the road/street..... We have so much shade in our yard ---so we put a bed there because it was sunny!!!! We try to take advantage of all of the sunny areas we have!!!!

Beautiful group of flowers... It's neat when people take such good care of their homes/property...

  5. What a lovely thing, those street gardens! They bespeak a wish for the beautiful in all phases of life, and a confidence in surroundings AND in our Fellow Man, with all that work and outlay right out there for the enjoying of everyone.

How charming and how colourful a walk through your beautiful city---so much to see and so much to love.
