Its May now!

 It's been a long time since I posted. 

We've had some big losses and I'm trying to get back to my blogging. In the meantime, I've been reading all yours, and commenting as much as I can.

Hope you can be patient with me about not commenting as much.

If you know me, you know Easter is my most favorite holiday. This year's was really sad. But I did try my best.

We did have a nice ham supper on Easter, and our traditional coconut cake. I really didn't make pictures of anything else

This past Sunday after church, we enjoyed a trip to Beaufort.

So many pretty flowers in bloom!

I love seeing interesting old architecture!

The air was heavy with the fragrance of jasmine

It was cascading down fences and walls

I always like to make pictures of the bridge and the river

The weather was perfect.......sunny with a crisp, cool breeze off the river

And...........in the midst of the grief...........there was great joy!
