Sunday's SEWE

Love at First Sight!

"Well, I'm plum WORN OUT after all that" says the beautiful Labrador above. We'll come back tomorrow and show you more pictures of the fun at this weekend's Wildlife Expo!
"Thanks for having us, SEWE! We had a ball!"

  1. Hey Debbi! You do the most fun and interesting things! I'm just been looking back at the posts I've missed. I love that black Labrador above...and the one in the water in you last post. That Wildlife Expo sounds great!

  2. What a fun adventure that was---the PONY!! The RIDES!! I just kept making closeups and looking back for captions and enjoying every sunshiny, livestocky minute.

Am I dreaming, or did I see what I remember from my one trip to Scotland as a "heery Heeland COO"? Those furry brown fellows look much like the ones we saw in the Highlands.

I can just feel and smell the energy and curiosity and childhood delight in that warm closeness to animals. Can you imagine owning a falcon?? Just the humble gratitude for the companionship of such a vital creature would be a stunning thing.

Hope you're all well and warm---we are still in the 60s and it's been windows-open and shorts and T shirts, even while Phil was retreating into his shadowy abode. We have buds on the appletree and all over the Rose of Sharon, and I hope that's not going to be blighted by a whimsical or killing frost.

    Best from way over here!
