The farmers have many fields of green now. We watch each year as they plant corn, peanuts, hay, squash, pumpkins, beans and soybeans, cotton, sunflowers, and all kinds of things.
Today's Sunday walk-about needs boots and umbrellas, I hope you'll come along!
I love to go trampling about on wet days!
This week we got our peppers and "maters" in
and the dogwoods bloomed, so it was time to plant our "taters" too!
got out some of my summer pocketbooks
Loved the tractor scenes!
and I love this picture of Mom Judy with little Liza!
Hope your May is coming along nicely! And Spring is nice where you are.
This month's full moon is the Flower Moon, I think, hope you get to see it.
I enjoyed tramping about with you in the rain! I sure wish that rain would come on down here! We still haven't had a drop of what was predicted. Today might be better, I am praying! I am happy you are getting things planted. With all you've been through lately, that's amazing! I've never seen that Judy Garland movie. I will have to look for it. And I need to look for the moon! Thank you for reminding me! I hope you have a beautiful weekend and Mother's Day too. (((hugs)))
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos and it looks like you are going to have a healthy garden...Tractors! I love old tractors. We are a farming family and to see an old tractor plowing in the field is pure joy...
