27 State Street

We walk past this French Quarter bed and breakfast all the time. Its a really neat bed and breakfast. I think they only have a few rooms.

When you look up, you see this unique and pretty veranda. If you stay there, you can sit outside there and enjoy the sounds and the smells of our city.

It used to be someone's home, and was built in the very early 1800's.

The peaceful and beautiful courtyard. You can hear the fountains splashing and  tinkling.

  1. What a lovely walk that would be, and calming to hear the splash of fountains. There is history all around you there, isn't there?

  3. You just must live in the prettiest town. Nothing like that where I am..but..you know, it's home. Still when I see buildings like that I wish we had some too. :)
