Welcome Lowcountry Spring!

Seemingly overnight, seems most everything here on the coast has sprung into full bloom glory!

"Spring has returned. The Earth is like a child that knows poems.".....Rainer Maria Rilke

We enjoyed a drive through the tiny fishing village of Murrells Inlet this afternoon.

A quaint little bridge I spotted there---
I was mesmerized by this huge and colorful display and all the delicate blossoms piled up underneath it!

(above---isn't that just lovely?)

Heres a close up:
(below-----the daffodills are up! Yay! Love their cheery yellow charm!)
A serene view of Murrells Inlet

Check out these fluffy snow white blossoms!

"If you've never been thrilled to the very edges of your soul by a flower in spring bloom, maybe your soul have never been in bloom.".......Terri Guillemets

When I spotted the vibrant riot of colors in this gorgeous flower bed, I had a "Stop The Car" moment and had to get out to get some close ups of these beauties!!!!
Does anyone know what this plant/flower is??

Whatever is is, it sure makes a great back drop for the delicate little pansies!

Marina Sunday

Our Sunday walk this week was at the Garden City marina. A very  nice little marina and we enjoyed a fiery sunset over the water!

This boat had a stowaway on board!

Enjoyed our evening stroll and admiring all the boats and the vivid colors of another carolina sunset!

Tropical Citrus and Winter White!

Check out these scrumptious gowns in the window of the "Foxy Lady" shop in Myrtle Beach! I am just loving these frothy confections in sherbert like colors!
Maybe Prom season is coming soon?
Just makes you want to dance the night away....

Citrus-y colors!

And in the glamourous shop next door:

I think the name of the shop above is "The Little White Dress"

(below)--love the sparkling wintry white branches!

Glistening and icy effect

Check out this sparkly chandelier!
